These are genuine Perfection Plus replacement sponges for the Perfection Plus Endo Instruments Holder. They keep your endodontic files neat, upright and easy to reach during treatment. Each sponge is 10mm thick, which gives a deeper hold for hand files and engine files, so instruments stay securely in place between uses.

Over time, holder sponges wear out and lose their grip. Fitting a new sponge restores a firm, reliable hold, keeps your files organised by size and sequence, and helps keep the endo setup clean and orderly at the chairside. The 25-pack lets you replace sponges as often as your practice protocols require, without having to buy a whole new holder.

The sponges fit the Perfection Plus Endo Instruments Holder, which comes in plastic closed-base and aluminium open-base versions.

These Perfection Plus thin replacement sponges let you refresh your Endo Instruments Holder and keep your endodontic files in order. At 5mm thick, they have a low profile that grips hand and engine files firmly while leaving more of each instrument exposed. That makes files easy to identify and pick up quickly mid-procedure.

Holder sponges compress and wear with regular use, which loosens their grip on instruments. Swapping in a fresh sponge restores that hold and keeps files arranged in sequence, which helps make endodontic treatment smoother and better organised. With 50 sponges in each pack, you can replace them often and keep plenty in stock across several surgeries.
