Placing your Order

Place your orders online or by calling us on 020 8236 0060. When you phone us to place your order our Customer Service Staff will carefully check your order and account details as well as stock availability. Your order is then processed. As soon as your order is complete, an invoice is raised and this accompanies your goods or follows by email.

 

All orders received by 3.00 pm are processed and despatched for delivery within 48 hours.

We will always contact you to advise you if your order is placed on Back Order with the reason and likely delay and to check your requirements

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro Credit/Debit Card payments online or by telephone.

Please note, we will never ask for a customer to confirm any credit card details via email and if you receive an email claiming to be from HealthCare Direct asking you to do so then please ignore it and do not respond
